Mullet Corporate Culture

Just like the infamous 80’s hairstyle, we’re business up front, but a party in the back*.  Our staff outings and team building events are always a blast, and it’s because we care about who we work with. We hire people who embody our ‘mullet corporate culture’.  People who don’t mind dressing up like a dinosaur sometimes, throwing a few axes, or hitting the trails for a MTB session.  Just don’t tell our clients.  We still want them to take us seriously.

*SMART REHAB does not require or want you to cut your hair like Billy Ray Cyrus.  We DO want you to feel comfortable joining a team that would still hang out with you even if you did though.  😉
