BETH DOHM, KIN

Beth graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. She is now a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). She grew up in the lower mainland and just moved to Kamloops in the fall of 2024 and is very excited about starting her new life here!

Utilizing an active rehabilitation approach, Beth helps her clients to work towards their goals and gain a positive outlook on exercise. She focuses on functional exercises that translate to improved performance in everyday activities. Beth likes to create a pleasant environment and have a good time with her patients to make exercise fun! Her dedication to health and fitness is noticed by both patients and staff and leads to self-confidence and progress in those she works with.

Beth’s favorite part of working as a kinesiologist is witnessing her clients progress and reach their goals. She believes in encouraging her clients to think of movement and physical activity as a necessary form of medicine!

When Beth is not at the clinic she enjoys working out in the gym herself, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with friends, family & her two adorable cats.
