ANNELI SUDDS

Anneli completed her B.A in Psychology and Gerontology at Simon Fraser University and abroad at Australian National University. With a deep desire to focus her career on helping others, Anneli went on to receive her Master of Occupational Therapy in 2011 from UBC. Anneli relocated to Kamloops after graduation where she worked in Convalescent Care and Home Health, including a successful specialized pilot project designed to keep older adults living safely in their own homes.

After a personal journey with trauma, Anneli discovered yoga as a valuable therapy tool to healing. Anneli completed advanced training in Sensory Enhanced Yoga for the treatment of PTSD. Out of a new passion for yoga, Anneli also recently received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. Anneli deeply values client-centered practice and empowering clients to be leaders in their own health journey. Anneli takes a holistic approach to treatment using both Western and Eastern principles such as mindfulness, affirmations and breathwork.

Anneli now resides on the outskirts of Clearwater with her young family where she is passionate about everything related to homesteading and strives to live self-sufficiently through permaculture principles and regenerative farming. Anneli loves the outdoors and the simple pleasures of time spent in nature or cooking a nourishing homegrown meal for her family.
