Serena is a clinical counsellor who has dedicated her career to supporting those with anxiety and injury to create for themselves a full and meaningful life.

Her passion for sport, strength building and movement began early with her athletic careers in both softball and track and field; she was an NCAA Division I javelin and hammer thrower at the University of Pennsylvania, where she completed her undergraduate degree.

Upon returning to Canada, she completed her MA in Counselling Psychology at Trinity Western University, and pursued a career in the occupational rehab setting. She has specialized knowledge and experience supporting those who have suffered a concussion or mild traumatic brain injury, helping them to get back to work, school, and sport. She has worked with clients through WorkSafe BC, ICBC, and long-term disability providers, as well as private clients.

Her love of sports and fitness continue today, as she often hikes and enjoys weightlifting in her free time. Serena recently moved to Kamloops, and is excited to build connections in our community!
